Solomon Hicks is an internationally recognized speaker, career coach and advisor who has been a prominent figure in the life insurance profession for more than 55 years. As the founder of Hicks Global Services, he and his colleagues are dedicated to helping families and organizations protect what matters most to them while building lasting value and a meaningful legacy.

For more than 35 years, he worked as an advisor with Prudential Financial, where his outstanding performance set a company record: in the company’s more than 130-year history, only two advisors have won the prestigious President’s Trophy Award seven times. He has also received the President’s Citation Award 21 times.

Solomon Hicks has been a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for 38 years, achieving Court of the Table status 27 times and Top of the Table status 28 times – placing him among the world’s most accomplished financial advisors. His achievements have also been recognized with induction into the Financial Hall of Fame and the Worldwide Chinese Life Insurance Lifetime Achievement Award.

He is the author of four books, including Wise Guys Finish First, The Secret Life of a #1 Salesman, Making Disciples, and his latest book, The Joy of Knowing Who You Are.
